Refund Policy

*1. Scope*
This Refund Policy applies to the Services (consultation, brokerage, listings, etc.) offered on the Site by Nital Infra Projects and property-purchase facilitation via “MX”. It does *not* apply to the purchase of properties themselves once binding agreements have been executed, except where explicitly stated.

*2. Service Fees Refunds*

* If you pay for a service (e.g., property consultation, listing fee) and we are unable to deliver the agreed service (due to our fault), you may request a refund of the fee paid.
* To request a refund, you must contact us at [nitalinfraprojects@gmail.com] within [3] days of purchase/provision of service.
* We will assess the request and, if approved, process the refund within [5] business days.
* No partial refunds will be given for services already substantially performed or which you have already heavily used or benefited from.

*3. Property Purchase/Booking Fees*

* For purchases of properties via “MX” or associated offerings:
 • Once you have executed a booking form or sale agreement and paid a booking fee/deposit, the refundability of that fee is governed by the terms of that agreement. Often property booking fees are non-refundable due to regulatory/administrative costs; you acknowledge and accept this.
 • If the property developer fails to deliver the property or there is a material breach of contract by us or the developer, you may be eligible for a refund of your fee/deposit according to the terms of sale and applicable law.

*4. Refund Method*
Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays due to your bank or payment provider.

Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-6 working days .

*5. Fees, Taxes and Deductions*
Any refund amount does not include taxes, processing charges or fees incurred during payment (unless required by law). We may deduct such amounts before issuing a refund.

*6. Changes to Terms*
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
